It is a Market. Very small. Fresh vegetables. Cold beer. Street is all torn up right now, by Edison or the cable people. Whoever patched up the asphalt did a lumpy job. The market must be losing money right and left. I still find a way up the hill. Best ice in the neighborhood (if you are using it in beverages). Probably helps if you speak Spanish. I don't. I know how to find the beer tho. Recycling at the back of parking lot.

This market has a deli they make fresh Mexican food to order. It’s a great place to stop and grab a quick snack.

The best food and freshest produce in town!!! If you’re looking to get some fresh produce for any of your food ideas make sure to stop by Perez Market. They have the best tasting meats and the freshest seafood. You can pass by and grab a delicious birria burrito and eat it while you’re shopping for your food, it will not disappoint. The store is always clean and has the best workers around. Make sure to stop by and see what Im talking about💯💯

First time visiting this location and it won't be my last! Good selection of Mexican candy, the sweet bread looked delicious and what a wonderful assortment of baked goods and cakes. I like that they have individual slices boxed and ready to go! It's a regular bodega, organized and pretty large for it's neighborhood location. I'll be returning! Oh yeah, they had cute little single serving raspadas in their freezer coolers!

Great store. Organic milk by rockview is fresh and good. Prime steaks chorizo and meats always fresh. Good atmosphere. Staff treats me like family. They address any problems I have and food lately has been stocked fresh and selling out. I'm here to support my locally owned stores that do a good a job. Prices are good. Produce is high quality

The whole store is super clean, the kitchen area is small but very efficient. I recommend the combination special. Delicious, big portion, very friendly staff.

Perez has the best and freshest meats!!! The food also is delicious and you can have a nice cold beer as you eat your tacos. The beef jerky that they make is the best I've ever had!!! The employees are so kind and friendly. Know them by name. I'll be forever a customer!!!

For a small mexican market this place is very clean and well stocked. Also it smells pleasant, most mexican markets can have a certain funk from their meat department but i got none of that here. Easy to navigate aisles and friendly cashiers
